We start with what’s already there, replace what isn’t working, and finish the job properly. You end up with one system that’s simple to use.

Summer afternoons here run well past 100 degrees. Motorized shades lower before the sun reaches the west windows and rise again for the evening. Rooms stay cooler, and floors and furniture keep their color. Lutron keypads set each room’s lighting with one press.
A theater worth staying home for
A dedicated theater or a family media room, designed around the room you have. Screen, speakers, and seating are planned together. Then it all runs from one simple remote.
Out to the patio and the casita
So much of life here happens outside. We add outdoor and landscape speakers to patios, pool decks, and yards, on the same system as the music inside. If the property has a casita, a detached garage, or a shop, we run the network out to it, so Wi-Fi and TV work there just as well as in the main house.
