You’re welcome to browse, learn about our work, and contact us. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, send spam, or copy content for commercial use.
Information, not a quote
Everything on this site, including descriptions of services, products, and capabilities, is general information. It isn’t a quote, offer, or guarantee. Products, features, availability, and pricing can change without notice.
Estimates and projects
Every project is different. Any work we perform is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or agreement we provide for that project, including its scope, pricing, payment, and warranty terms. If anything in those documents differs from this website, the written project documents control.
Any warranty on our installation work is only the warranty stated in your written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment come from the manufacturer, not from us. Nothing on this website creates a warranty for installation work or equipment.
Our content and photos
The photos, videos, text, logos, and design on this site belong to AV Home Automation or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written consent. Product names and brands, such as Savant and Lutron, belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe our work.
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or include features from other companies, such as reviews, maps, and chat. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AV Home Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. In any case, our total liability arising from use of this website will not exceed $100. This section covers use of the website only; our work on your home is covered by your project agreement.
SMS/Text Messaging
This section applies only if you opt in to text messages from AV Home Automation, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or telling us in writing that you want texts.
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from AV Home Automation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at office@avhomeautomation.com or call 435-767-1186. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Program: AV Home Automation customer notifications. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing. We send texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Mountain Time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state courts located in Washington County, Utah, or the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
